From the moment your guests open your wedding invitations, they get a glimpse into what your wedding day will be like. We will work together every step of the way, making decisions and carefully choosing details that will reflect your personality.

Personalize your day-of wedding stationery needs such as ceremony programs, reception signage, menus, table numbers, place cards, etc. with a variety of paper types, materials, colors and embellishments.

Process

You'll start by filling out the custom inquiry form. This will give me small details about you and your wedding to start the initial design process. Because your stationery will be custom designed specifically for you, your input is very important. If you have inspiration pictures or Pinterest boards you'd like to share of your ideas, now is the time to do so. Email is an easy and convenient way to communicate during the design process but if you'd like to set up a time to chat over the phone we can do that as well.

I will then begin working on concept ideas based on your preferences. You will then receive digital proofs and a suite mock-up via email. This is the time to let me know of any changes you'd like to see be made so we can fully execute your vision.

Once we finalize your designs for the stationery, they will be printed. Please note: once you approve the final proofs and give me the green light to print, no other changes can be made. If you've chosen to adorn your suite with special additions like wax seals, string, vellum, etc. I will assemble and complete everything at this time. Everything will then be carefully packaged and shipped directly to you.

Timeline

For invitation suites, please allow at least 6-8 weeks for your custom order to be completed. I will give you a more accurate time line once we discuss what all will be involved. If you need your stationery sooner than six weeks, I will do my best to accommodate but rush fees will apply.

Keep in mind, typically invitations are sent to your guests at least 6-8 weeks prior to your wedding. So initial discussion and planning for your custom invitation suite needs to start 3-4 months prior to your wedding date.

For Day-Of stationery, I understand most of the time you might not know final details for the wedding such as ceremony program details, finalized menu and seating charts, etc. until about a month out. I do my best to work with brides and wedding planners to ensure these items are complete in a timely manner.

Investment

If you place importance on having your wedding stationery unlike anyone else's and see the beauty in a thoughtfully designed set of stationery, you should consider the investment into custom paper goods.

Each custom suite is unique and different, therefore all orders are custom quoted based on quantity, design intricacy, and materials used. However, most brides that choose to go with custom stationery typically make an average investment of $1,500-$3,500. Of course, we can work with any budget outside these limits as well.

The overall cost of your stationery suite can be paid in full upfront or be split into two payments. The first being after the initial price quote is given and we agree upon all products and services included in your order. This will act as a deposit and hold your place on my calendar. The second and last payment will be after the final proof is approved and before printing takes place. Shipping charges will be included in this last payment.
